Leftsider is a free tiny portable tool for Windows that moves the windows titlebar buttons to the left side just like in MacOS.
How to use:
Just run the tool. It will now move the titlebar buttons to the left side and sit in the system tray. Click on it's icon to move the titlebar buttons to left/right.
It works in Windows 7, Vista & XP.
