Iconic Firefox Menu is an add-on for Firefox 4 that allows you to change the default Firefox 4 menu button into an icon.
How to use:
Just install the add-on and it will automatically change the default Firefox 4 menu button into an icon. Unfortunately, it has no options to customize the icon.
